Program Evaluation
Program evaluations are intended to identify best practices, promote continuous improvement, evaluate eligibility, and determine the success of workforce programs. These evaluations follow a phase-based model for performing evaluations, which include, but are not limited to; Pre-implementation, Accountability, Program Refinement, Achieving Objectives, and Program Impact phases. Each phase will rely on specific actions designed to produce a concentrated and condensed analysis, resulting in the consistent reports available here.
There are two primary categories for program evaluations included in this process:
- Program Specific Evaluations (i.e. WIOA Titles I and III, Job Service, My Reemployment (MRP), ReEmployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA), Registered Apprenticeship, etc.)
- Topic Specific Evaluations (i.e. question-driven, single-focused, and non-program specific).
